EverLine Appoints Industry Leader and ERCOT President and CEO Pablo Vegas to Board of Directors

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EverLine, a tech-enabled provider of mission-critical infrastructure services, today announced the appointment of Pablo Vegas to its Board of Directors. This appointment reflects EverLine’s continued commitment to strengthening its governance and expanding the breadth of expertise represented on its Board as the company scales its highly technical and complementary services with proprietary digital tools across a broad subscription base of infrastructure asset owners and operators, including those in the power generation, utility, and data center markets.

Mr. Vegas brings more than thirty years of leadership experience spanning grid operations, electric and natural gas utilities, infrastructure development, customer service, and management consulting. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), the independent system operator responsible for managing the flow of electric power to more than 27 million Texans and overseeing one of the largest and most dynamic power markets in the world. Prior to joining ERCOT, Mr. Vegas served as Executive Vice President and Group President, Utilities at NiSource⁠, one of the nation’s leading regulated gas and electric utility companies. Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership positions at American Electric Power⁠, including President and Chief Operating Officer of AEP Ohio and AEP Texas and Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
