McGuffin Creative Group’s Chris McGuire Named American Marketing Association Chicago President

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The American Marketing Association (AMA) Chicago announced that Chris McGuire, Director of Client Growth and Engagement at McGuffin Creative Group, has been named chapter president for the coming year.

Chris is the 87th Chicago chapter president, leading the largest AMA chapter in the country made up of over 750 members, volunteers and board members. Chris has served on the AMA Chicago Board for four years and has been a member since 2018.

“It has been an honor to work alongside so many great people at the AMA Chicago. I’m excited to have this opportunity to impact not only our chapter, but the Chicago business community as a whole,” McGuire said. “I believe AMA Chicago can be a valuable resource to every marketer and business in Chicago and we’re looking to establish partnerships and programs to further our mission.”

AMA Chicago provides ongoing development opportunities for marketers to expand knowledge, improve skills, and grow careers through access to innovative marketing programming and events. During his term as president, McGuire will lead AMA Chicago to establish a mentorship program, as well as position the chapter as a marketing resource to the broader Chicago business community.
