Mediacom Communications Announces Corporate Management Promotions

MEDIACOM PARK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mediacom Communications today announced the following promotions for key members of its corporate management team:

Fuad Alnajjar has been promoted to Group Vice President, Business Engineering. In this role, Alnajjar oversees diverse organizations spanning business services, service engineering, GIS mapping, lab certification, broadband design, and voice operations. He helps develop long-term technology roadmaps, drives investment strategies, and accelerates time-to-market for emerging services. Under Alnajjar’s leadership, advanced technologies such as Ethernet/MPLS, DIA, cloud voice, IPTV, FWA, WiFi, and HFC DOCSIS networks have been deployed at scale, enhancing customer experience, and enabling digital transformation. He joined Mediacom in 2014.

Pradeep Kanda has been promoted to Group Vice President, Network Security. In this position, Kanda oversees the company’s cybersecurity responsibilities and manages network infrastructure and engineering for Mediacom’s internal enterprise network as well as the IP Video network. He joined Mediacom in 2013.

Belinda Maldonado has been promoted to Group Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, she oversees Mediacom’s field-based HR leaders to ensure the consistency and integrity of human resources practices throughout the organization. Maldonado is also responsible for a variety of human resource functions including information systems, reporting and analytics, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. She joined Mediacom in 2006.

Joseph Michulski has been promoted to Group Vice President, Corporate Finance. In this position, Michulski will continue to play a major role in administering the company’s 401(k) plan, overseeing medical benefit expenditures, employee compensation, and purchasing corporate insurance among other responsibilities. He joined Mediacom in 2000 as a financial analyst.

Ruben Martino has been promoted to Vice President, Finance. In this role, Martino will continue holding significant duties and responsibilities for the corporate finance group, including debt financing, risk management, financial reporting, banking relationships, treasury management, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions and business development. He joined Mediacom in 2014 after participating in our internship program a year earlier.

Manvinder Singh has been promoted to Vice President, Data Warehouse. In this position, Singh leads the enterprise data strategy encompassing data engineering, cloud data architecture, analytics, machine learning, automation, enterprise reporting, and self-service reporting initiatives. He manages the company’s global data repositories covering financial, operational, and key performance metrics, along with critical applications such as commission systems, which support 2,000 team members and play a vital role in driving the organization’s growth. His focus is on building scalable, secure, and modern data platforms that provide trusted data access, enhance operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Singh joined Mediacom in 2014 after participating in our internship program a year earlier.
