TSi Welcomes Navy Veteran Greta Densham as VP of Programs to Lead Federal Expansion and Workforce Transformation

(TSi), the leading provider in the science of transformation, today welcomed Greta Densham to its executive leadership team as Vice President of Programs, bringing 24 years of prominent Navy leadership experience to the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Densham will spearhead program delivery as TSi expands its human capital solutions across federal agencies.

Densham’s appointment strengthens TSi’s strategic capabilities in federal markets at a pivotal growth moment. Her expertise in cross-functional leadership will further TSi’s momentum in veterans’ programs and defense initiatives where her firsthand military experience provides unparalleled insight.

Throughout these roles, she engineered cross-cultural frameworks and performance-focused training programs that drove measurable improvements in organizational effectiveness.

Densham combines this operational leadership with advanced analytics, holding master’s degrees in Operational Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. Her frontline command experience and strategic analytics training position her to drive both tactical excellence and innovation across TSi’s expanding program portfolio.
