TSi Strengthens Executive Team with Appointment of Michael Heary as Vice President of Operations

(TSi), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and leading provider in the science of transformation, today announced the appointment of Michael Heary as Vice President of Operations. A distinguished business leader and U.S. Naval Academy graduate, Heary brings over 25 years of operational leadership experience as the company continues its growth trajectory following its recent acquisition and rebranding.

The appointment reinforces TSi’s commitment to excellence in workforce development, organizational improvement, and enterprise performance management. Heary’s expertise in operational planning, budget management, and market trend analysis will be instrumental in scaling TSi’s high-impact solutions, particularly in veterans’ programs and defense industry initiatives.

His track record of success spans multiple industries, including logistics, supply chain, transportation, retail, and home services.

Heary is also an announcer for the Naval Academy’s Men’s Basketball program for nearly two decades, bringing the same energy and precision to this role as he brings to business operations.

Heary holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola College and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy. His military service includes roles as a Surface Warfare Officer and Academic Advisor at the Naval Academy.
