Andrew Bainbridge named General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer of Oliver Wyman and Marsh Management Consulting

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oliver Wyman, a global leader in management consulting and a business of Marsh (NYSE:MRSH), today announced the appointment of Andrew Bainbridge as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer.

Since joining the company in 2011, Andrew has held a series of senior leadership positions within its Legal, Compliance, and Public Affairs organization. Most recently, he served as Deputy General Counsel for Oliver Wyman and Marsh Management Consulting, where he oversaw legal and compliance matters across Europe, India, the Middle East and Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Marsh, Andrew practiced as an M&A lawyer at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in London and held in-house legal roles in venture capital and investment banking.
