Moses Singer Welcomes Corporate Trust and Loan Agency Partner Michael Fruchter

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Moses Singer is pleased to announce that Michael Fruchter has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate Trust and Loan Agency practice.

Michael represents corporate trust and loan agency departments of major financial institutions in a wide range of transactional matters, including front- and back-end indenture work involving corporate and municipal debt, escrow agreements, agency agreements, and asset- and security-backed financings. His experience spans matters throughout the United States, Latin America, South America, and Asia, regularly involving transactions valued in the billions of dollars.

Fruchter joins Moses Singer from Holland & Knight, where he served as senior counsel. Earlier in his career, he practiced in the New York office of an international law firm. He earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Yeshiva University.
