NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Moses Singer is pleased to announce that Michael Fruchter has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate Trust and Loan Agency practice.

“Michael is a highly skilled transactional lawyer with deep experience across complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions,” said Dean Swagert, the firm’s managing partner. “His experience guiding major financial institutions through sophisticated structures from traditional indenture work to innovative project finance arrangements and agency representations makes him a tremendous resource for our clients.”
