Achievers Launches Learn & Recognize Built on Workday App

Achievers expands its partnership with Workday to better empower global HR leaders to surface skill deficiencies and incentivize professional growth to bridge talent gaps

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Achievers, one of the most utilized recognition and reward software, today announced that it has forged tighter integrations with Workday through the Built on Workday program. As part of this initiative, Achievers has developed the “Learn & Recognize” app, which identifies skills deficiencies and incentivizes employees with points and achievements for acquiring skills. This new tool helps allow organizations to elevate the skillset of their workforce, support internal mobility, and organizational agility.

"This milestone is a powerful reflection of the relationship we've built with Workday over the years," said Sarah Callery, Global VP of Alliances, Achievers. "Achievers expanding its Workday partnership by participating in the Built on Workday program signals deeper trust and a shared commitment to delivering meaningful innovation to our customers, helping root an understanding that isolated systems deliver less value. We’re thrilled to announce our Learn & Recognize app, and believe it combines two great HR tech solutions – Workday Learning and Achievers’ best-in-class recognition and rewards.”

Achievers Workforce Institute data finds that half of HR leaders say they cannot quickly identify current employees with high-priority skills, and just 24% of employees say their companies have great internal mobility programs. Achievers’ Learn & Recognize app tackles this issue head-on, empowering HR leaders to tap into tools they already use every day to track skills and encourage continued learning. Key highlights include:

  1. Incentivize learning: With integrations with Workday Learning, users are better equipped to recognize and incentivize learning through Achievers’ newsfeed achievements, accelerating learning completion.
  2. Accelerate learning engagement: HR leaders can socialize learning courses via the Achievers homepage to drive community awareness of critical training.
  3. Communicate learning availability: It’s now possible to harness the power of Achievers Communication Suite to drive awareness of Workday Learning availability to increase adoption.

“This new era of our partnership reflects the strength of our collaboration and our shared commitment to helping the world’s leading enterprises drive engagement and performance through cutting-edge recognition and learning tools that build skills and drive business performance,” said Bob Memmer, Chief Revenue Officer, Achievers. “Our Learn & Recognize app is a prime example of how we’re focused on identifying skills, closing skills gaps, and reinforcing learning behaviors that move businesses forward.”

The Learn & Recognize app is part of a broader vision where recognition and learning go hand in hand to drive business performance. As Achievers becomes more deeply integrated across the workplace technology stack, leaders can begin to incentivize the behaviors that drive better outcomes. By connecting recognition to skills and learning, Achievers is empowering organizations with real-time skills intelligence and actionable insights. This equips leaders with the tools and data to support smarter talent decisions and unlock fuller potential within their workforce.

More information on Achievers’ integration with Workday can be found on the Workday Marketplace, which provides easy access to solutions built by Workday and its partners, or Achievers’ website.
