Qualus Acquires dk Engineering

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Qualus Corporation (Qualus), a leading pure-play power solutions firm and innovator at the forefront of power infrastructure transformation, announced it has acquired dk Engineering (dk), a multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm based in Walnut Creek, Calif. The firm partners with utilities and renewable & energy storage developers, offering advisory, planning, engineering, geospatial, modeling, feasibility studies and construction management services to support power infrastructure projects in the western U.S.
