HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oceaneering International, Inc. ("Oceaneering") (NYSE:OII) today reported second quarter 2025 results. As compared to the second quarter of 2024: Revenue increased 4% to $698 million; Operating income increased 31% to $79.2 million; Net income increased 56% to $54.4 million; and Adjusted EBITDA increased 20% to $103 million.
