HKW Acquires Sepratech Liquid Solutions

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HKW, a middle-market private equity firm focused on growth companies, has acquired Sepratech Liquid Solutions (“Sepratech”).

Sepratech is an industrial water and wastewater treatment service provider headquartered in Gonzales, LA. Founded in 1989, Sepratech offers solutions across the Gulf Coast specializing in clarification, filtration, demineralization, service contracts, and aftermarket support.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
