Providers are facilitating these initiatives with strategic advice and IT and process outsourcing services. Providers’ advanced analytics and service creation and delivery capabilities, including functions enhanced with generative AI, enable enterprises to update and adapt their offerings.
"Telecom, media and entertainment enterprises are shifting toward personalization and immersive experiences, leveraging extensive data insights," said Iain Fisher, director at ISG. "Real-time analytics, cloud technology and AI are essential to enhance user engagement and satisfaction."
