Lynk Files Counterclaims Against SLAM

FALLS CHURCH, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lynk Global announced today that it has filed counterclaims against SLAM Corp. in the Delaware Court of Chancery. The filing remains under seal but is expected to become publicly available on July 7, 2025.

Lynk also acknowledges SLAM’s recent Form 8-K filing, which relates to its June 25, 2025 shareholder meeting.
