Quiznos Expands Missouri Footprint with New Location in Cape Girardeau

Local entrepreneur Nathan Long brings beloved sandwich brand to Cape Girardeau as part of a five-store expansion plan

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Quiznos, the iconic sandwich brand known for its bold flavors and toasted subs, today announced the soft opening of its newest location at 2505 Veteran's Memorial Drive, off Exit 99 on I-55 in Cape Girardeau, MO. This marks Quiznos’ third location in the state, joining stores in Kansas City and Branson, and introduces the brand to a thriving new community.

This opening is the first of a five-store development agreement, signed by longtime Quiznos franchisee, Nathan Long. Long opened his first location in Metropolis, IL in 2003 and has remained a key partner ever since. The agreement will fuel Quiznos’ continued expansion through 2028, with the Cape Girardeau store serving as the first step in this exciting growth plan. The new location opened on April 29, 2025, and details on the grand opening celebration to be announced soon.

Long is the President of Acee’s Neighborhood Market & Deli, which operates eight markets across southeast Missouri, southern Illinois, and western Kentucky, employing over 140 team members. Known for his commitment to both workplace culture and extensive community involvement, Long is passionate about bringing quality food and exceptional service to the neighborhoods he serves.
