Stensul Names Manlio Carrelli Chief Executive Officer

Veteran AI and software CEO joins Stensul to help enterprises unlock AI-powered marketing with built-in governance and compliance

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stensul, the Governed Creation™ platform for enterprise marketing teams, today announced the appointment of Manlio Carrelli as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Carrelli succeeds Noah Dinkin, Stensul's founder, who is stepping down from the CEO role after more than a decade leading the company he founded and built into the leading platform for Governed Creation™ for enterprise marketing.

Carrelli joins Stensul at a pivotal moment for the enterprise marketing technology industry. As AI rapidly accelerates the volume and velocity of content creation, enterprise marketing teams face unprecedented pressure to move faster without compromising brand integrity or compliance — the very challenge Stensul was built to solve. Carrelli will lead the company into its next chapter of growth as AI reshapes how enterprise marketing content is created, governed, and delivered.

“Stensul is in the right place at exactly the right time,” said Carrelli. “As AI proliferates content creation across the enterprise, governance and compliance are no longer optional — they are mission critical. Stensul has built the category, earned the trust of some of the world's most demanding brands, and created a platform that solves a real and growing problem. I am thrilled to join this exceptional team and eager to build on the foundation Noah has established.”

“Founding and leading Stensul has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life,” said Noah Dinkin. “I’m proud of the team we built, the customers we partnered with, and the role Stensul has played in helping enterprise marketing teams move faster with greater control. I wish Manlio and the entire Stensul team continued success.”

Experience for Stensul’s Next Chapter
Carrelli brings deep CEO and senior management experience across AI and enterprise software in public and growth-stage companies. Over the past decade, he has helped lead multiple AI-driven product and business transformation efforts and has also served as a CMO, giving him a strong grounding in marketing software and customer-facing workflows, including for regulated enterprises.

Most recently, he served as CEO of CB Insights, an AI-powered predictive intelligence platform for large enterprises. Earlier, he held senior management roles at LivePerson and Intermedia, spanning customer engagement, digital commerce, and contact center software.

Building on Stensul’s Foundation
"The work Noah and the Stensul team have done is remarkable — they built a strong foundation and defined an important category," Carrelli added. "The opportunity now is to help customers move faster and ship with greater confidence as AI reshapes enterprise marketing. Stensul is well positioned to become the governance and compliance layer large organizations need to create boldly, scale responsibly, and realize the full promise of AI.”

“Manlio is the right leader for this moment in Stensul’s journey,” said Caitlin Vorlicek, Partner, Sageview Capital. “He brings the operational excellence, growth experience, and deep AI expertise that will accelerate Stensul as AI reshapes marketing and raises the stakes for governance and compliance. On behalf of the board, I also want to thank Noah for his vision and leadership in building the company over the past decade."
