Davis Polk Welcomes Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Partner Jared Fine

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Davis Polk today announced that Jared Fine has joined the firm as a partner in the Capital Markets practice in New York, as the firm expands its work in the emerging companies and venture capital space.

Mr. Fine is a trusted adviser to emerging companies and investors across every stage of the business life cycle. Regularly serving as general counsel to clients, his practice includes mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and general corporate and securities law. He has significant experience advising clients from initial financing through successful IPO or exit. He represents both investors and private and public companies in a variety of technology sectors, including AI, digital health, fintech, enterprise software, consumer, robotics and cybersecurity. Mr. Fine joins Davis Polk from Goodwin, where he was a partner since 2016.
