KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. Declares Preferred Stock Dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. (the “Company” or “KREF”) (NYSE: KREF) announced that the Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.40625 per each issued and outstanding share of the Company’s 6.50% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, which represents an annual dividend of $1.625 per share. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2025 to KREF’s preferred stockholders of record as of November 28, 2025.
