Cornerstone Welcomes Eric Lee as Senior Vice President, Services and Support

Expansion of Cornerstone’s leadership team drives the next evolution of customer success

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., a leader in workforce agility solutions, today announced the appointment of Eric Lee as Senior Vice President of Services and Support. Lee will be responsible for driving Cornerstone’s global strategy and delivery, partnering across teams to ensure every customer realizes measurable success and lasting value from all Cornerstone solutions.

Lee brings more than 25 years of proven leadership in the software industry, specializing in customer-focused services organizations. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Lee held key roles at Smartsheet and VMware and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), contributing to the advancement of customer experience and services excellence across the sector.
