The collaboration melds NEWBEAT's title track "Flip the Coin" with an animated narrative that brings Bullet Time's cyberpunk world to life, capturing the webtoon's gripping story of love and betrayal between a gangster and a spy through the dynamic energy of K-pop.

Bullet Time is a BL (Boys’ Love) webtoon set in a neon-lit cyberpunk world, depicting dangerous relationships and complex characters navigating an underworld of crime. The original series, produced by Tappytoon Studio in collaboration with emerging creators, including artist Dark History and writer BINO, launched in July and quickly gained traction among BL readers. In August, it ranked third on Tappytoon's BL popularity charts, with particularly strong performance in North America and Europe.

The music video combines Bullet Time's dynamic character designs with "Flip the Coin," NEWBEAT's debut title track, featuring a groovy, powerful sound and addictive hooks inspired by '90s old-school genres.

"As K-content continues to grow in influence worldwide, we're thrilled to collaborate with the talented boy group NEWBEAT and introduce a fresh new experience for both K-pop fans and our webtoon readers," said Ernest Woo, Chief Strategy Officer of Contents First. "We look forward to expanding these collaborations and reaching more fans at the intersection of webtoons and K-content."

"Through this collaboration with Contents First, we're excited to present NEWBEAT's music in a new creative form and connect with global K-webtoon fans," said Hyeim Kim, CEO of BEAT INTERACTIVE.
