My Ride K-12 School Transportation App Surpasses One Million Users

Tyler Technologies achieves major adoption milestone for highly-rated education app for parents

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tyler Technologies, Inc (NYSE: TYL) announced today that its My Ride K-12 mobile app has surpassed over 1 million users.

My Ride K-12 gives parents and guardians direct access to their child’s school bus location, route, and pickup time. The app’s push notifications streamline communication between schools and families, reducing call volume to transportation departments. To date, Tyler has delivered more than 958 million estimated time of arrival notifications through the app’s platform.

When paired with Tyler Drive, Tyler’s onboard driver tablet, the two solutions keep everyone – including parents, students, bus drivers, and school administration – seamlessly connected. Tyler Drive provides turn-by-turn navigation, rerouting options, and built-in location tracking. These features help buses stay on schedule and provide accurate, real-time updates for parents.
