Alpine Investors Launches Property and Association Management Platform Oakline Properties

New platform welcomes Cirrus Asset Management as initial partner

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alpine Investors (“Alpine”) today announced the launch of Oakline Properties (“Oakline”), a new platform focused on partnering with and scaling property and association management businesses across the United States. In conjunction with the launch, Oakline has partnered with Cirrus Asset Management, Inc. (“Cirrus”).

Oakline partners with leading outsourced property management providers to support their continued growth through cross-platform lead generation, added service offerings, tech-enablement, and access to world-class talent.

Amanda Sayigh, a seasoned operator with experience scaling companies via both organic and inorganic growth, leads Oakline as CEO. Sayigh was previously COO and CFO of Innovative Systems, a former Alpine portfolio company and provider of mission-critical enterprise software for the independent telecommunications industry.

“We’re excited to launch Oakline to help leading management companies reach their full potential with dedicated resources across marketing, sales, talent, and technology,” said Sayigh. “Our goal is to strengthen what’s already working, while also making it easier for our partners to meet the evolving needs of the communities they serve and continue delivering exceptional service.”

Founded in 2007 by Steve Heimler, Cirrus is a property and asset management firm overseeing more than 20,000 units and a portfolio valued at over $7 billion. Backed by an executive team with more than 150 years of combined industry experience, the company operates across multiple states and is recognized for its disciplined approach to property and asset management.

“From the outset, Oakline's people-first mission and the strength of its team stood out. The team’s depth of M&A experience, strong reputation and cultural alignment made it a natural fit to partner with Cirrus,” said Steve Heimler, founder of Cirrus Asset Management. “We look forward to our next chapter and continuing to accelerate our growth and offerings.”

To bolster Oakline's strength of service, Nina-Lee Jewell Alhambra has joined the company as Chief Portfolio Officer, overseeing platform build and partner company operations. Jewell Alhambra brings more than 20 years of leadership across property management, LIHTC development, and asset services. Jewell Alhambra was most recently Chief Operating Officer of April Housing, a leading provider of solutions and capital for the affordable housing sector.

“We are tremendously excited to add Nina-Lee to the team,” added Sayigh. “She brings deep industry expertise and an innovative approach to property management, and will be instrumental in growing Oakline alongside our partner companies' strong teams.”

“We see tremendous opportunity in the property management space, and we’re excited to back Oakline as it builds a network of exceptional service providers,” said Graham Weaver, Founder and CEO of Alpine Investors. “With strong early momentum and an experienced leadership team, we believe Oakline is well positioned for continued expansion and to deliver consistent, high-quality service to communities across the country.”
