CCC Virtual Town Hall to Feature Discussion of Recent AI and Copyright Cases During a LinkedIn Live Conversation on Tuesday, 16 September at 10:00 am ET / 4:00 pm CEST

The event is designed to meet the informational needs of professionals in publishing, AI technology, and business, featuring an examination of the types of claims and the defenses being raised, how courts are viewing issues like market harm, data sources, and guardrails, and the evolving legal theories around transformative use.
