Pan-American Life Insurance Group Appoints David J. Turner, Jr. to Board of Directors

NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG), a leading provider of life, accident, and health insurance throughout the Americas, is pleased to announce the appointment of David J. Turner, Jr. to its Board of Directors, effective September 1, 2025.

Mr. Turner currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Regions Financial Corporation and is a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. In this role, he oversees all financial operations, including investor relations, corporate treasury, tax, accounting, financial systems, and mergers and acquisitions. Since joining Regions in 2005, he has held several key leadership positions, including leading the Internal Audit Division before being named CFO in 2010.

Prior to joining Regions, Mr. Turner was an audit partner at KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP.

He currently serves on the Board of Diversified Energy, where he chairs both the Remuneration Committee and the Audit & Risk Committee, and is a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee. He has also served on the boards of Junior Achievement of Alabama and United Way of Central Alabama and is actively involved in several professional and civic organizations, including the University of Alabama President’s Cabinet, the Financial Services Roundtable, and Leadership Alabama.
