Miller Unveils Enhanced Millermatic® 211 PRO

Continual software upgrades enable the machine to evolve alongside welders, paving the way for future success

APPLETON, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, a leading worldwide manufacturer of Miller® brand arc welding equipment, has announced the introduction of the Millermatic 211 PRO. Designed to match the grit and determination of professional welders, the Millermatic 211 PRO provides the reliability and performance needed to conquer projects more efficiently — particularly in the fabrication and auto industries.

A highlight of this MIG welder is that it’s designed to grow with welders over time thanks to a USB-enabled software feature. Users will be able to simply plug in a USB with the latest software, ensuring their machines are always up to date. This means welders can feel confident that the investment they make today will pay off for years to come.

"The new Millermatic 211 PRO is created to help professionals start welding faster and stay welding longer with its streamlined setup capabilities and higher duty cycle," said Drew Lauterborn, product manager, ITW Welding. "We’ve also designed this machine to be continually upgradable, which we’ve heard from welders is a big differentiator that will allow them to grow with their machine over time.”

Millermatic 211 PRO Benefits Include:

  • Extended Arc Time: With a 30% duty cycle at 215A/240V, a 15' MIG gun and Dinse connections, welders can spend more time welding — which saves time and may increase profitability. The 15' MIG gun is a feature inspired by customers as it allows them to reach more of their project at hand without having to move the entire machine.
  • Streamlined Setup: Welders can speed up their process with digital parameters that boost efficiency and a newly adjustable Auto-Set™ feature that automatically fine-tunes the machine's settings for optimal control. This limits extensive setup time and prevents incorrect setup that may lead to issues with weld quality.
  • Continually Upgradable: USB-enabled software upgrades allow welders to easily update their machine’s capabilities without requiring mechanical modifications. This ensures their investment continues to produce for them over time, even as their needs evolve.
