WilliamsMarston Launches Podcast Interviewing Financial Leaders who have Navigated Critical Phases of Growth & Transformation

Featuring conversations and actionable insights from—and for—leading finance & accounting experts

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WilliamsMarston, a national leader in complex accounting, tax, valuation and transaction advisory services, announces the launch of its new podcast, The Transformational CFO. Designed as a forum for current and aspiring CFOs and finance leaders, the podcast offers actionable insights into how finance executives drive transformation and lead during critical periods of growth and change.

The Transformational CFO highlights the evolving responsibilities of CFOs as they adapt to an ever-shifting economic landscape and the benefits—and challenges—of digital transformation. Each episode delivers candid discussions with influential leaders from industries such as biotechnology, healthcare, technology and financial services. Co-hosted by WilliamsMarston founders Landen Williams and Jon Marston, the podcast draws on their decades of experience working with middle-market companies, investors and lenders during critical scaling and transition phases.

“Our goal is to create a forum where today’s financial leaders can gain practical advice and inspiration from those who have successfully navigated complex challenges,” said Landen Williams. “This podcast explores both the technical and human elements of financial leadership, offering lessons that resonate across industries.”

Jon Marston added, “We understand the high stakes CFOs face during key transitions, and we’re excited to provide a platform where finance leaders can share their journeys, solutions and lessons learned. This is about building a community where innovative strategies and stories drive real impact.”

In the inaugural episode, Matt McLaughlin, CFO of HealthEdge, discusses leading acquisitions and preparing businesses to scale. A second episode, released this week, features Brett Kaplan, COO of Climb Bio, who shares lessons learned from leading through industry shifts and the importance of aligning finance and strategy for long term success. A third episode will include guest Melanie Payne, CFO of Syniti, on fostering financial agility during digital transformation.

Future episodes will be released periodically, covering a wide range of topics relevant to financial leaders, such as operational scalability, M&A strategies, data-driven decision-making and financial agility.

The Transformational CFO is now available on major podcast platforms. For more information and to listen to the latest episodes, visit https://transformational-cfo.com/.
