ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda Joins the 2025 STEM Festival to Launch Rockets and Support Science Education

ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda and educators from the U.S. Space & Rocket Center will host a STEM Festival booth to inspire education and excitement among attendees

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda will be attending the 2025 STEM Festival to support its mission of bringing accessible STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) educational opportunities to young students in and out of the classroom. Taking place Thursday, March 20th through Saturday, March 22nd at International Square in , the National STEM Festival celebrates the exceptional talents of our nation's youth and the innovative businesses driving progress all year round.

Led by educators from the U.S. Space & Rocket Center®, Home of Space Camp®, The ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda booth will welcome attendees to conduct engaging, exciting, and educational experiments such as creating and playing with magnetic slime, erupting volcanoes, and launching baking soda bottle rockets. ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda believes that educators and parents anywhere can inspire the children in their lives to blast off into a bright future by starting with DIY experiments that can spark a curiosity in STEAM that lasts a lifetime.

The ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda booth will be open to attendees on Thursday, March 20th and Saturday, March 22nd. On Thursday from 11:30am – 2:00pm, the booth will be running ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda experiments in addition to activities such as building lava lamps and hosting a ping pong tournament. At 1:30pm, they will be launching baking soda bottle rockets outside of the expo hall. On Saturday, the booth will be hosting experiments and activities from 10:00am – 3:00pm in addition to launching baking soda bottle rockets at 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm and 2:00pm outside for viewers to enjoy.

ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda is dedicated to creating learning opportunities year-round by continuing impactful partnerships with organizations such as Odyssey of the Mind. ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda is also hosting its annual Rocket Day in partnership on October 9th, 2025, with the 100th woman to go to space, Emily Calandrelli (Emily the Space Gal), and Chief STEAM Officer, Delaney Martinez. Emily and Delaney will lead a collective launch of Baking Soda Bottle Rockets at schools across the country. This will be a day full of learning that aims to inspire the next great astronaut, chemist, and beyond.
