The Snow League Announces Global Broadcasters Across Asia, Australia, South America and Canada

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fans across the globe will be able to view all the groundbreaking action from The Snow League’s inaugural event broadcast live from Buttermilk at Aspen Snowmass on March 7-8. Viewers in more than 90 countries can tune-in to witness the exciting new halfpipe competition created by snowboarding legend and three-time Olympic champion Shaun White, with the league set to elevate the next generation of athletes and engage new winter sports fans.

Broadcasters announced today include CBC Sports (Canada), SPOTV (Asia), Kayo Sports (Australia) and FUEL TV (Latin America).

CBC Sports will provide livestreaming coverage to audiences across Canada on CBC Gem and cbcsports.ca on Friday, March 7 and Saturday, March 8 starting at 11:30 a.m. ET.

FUEL TV will broadcast the Snow League to fans across Central and South America in 18 countries including Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.

In Asia, SPOTV will bring the Snow League to fans in Hong Kong, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.

Previously announced global broadcasters include Warner Brothers Discovery Europe, and NBC Sports and Peacock in the United States.

The Snow League will be presented with exclusive live coverage in the United States on Peacock beginning this Friday, March 7, at 11:30 a.m. ET, and the second day of competition on Saturday, March 8, at 11:30 a.m. ET. A special Encore Presentation will air on Saturday, March 29, at 1 p.m. ET on NBC.

Kicking off at Buttermilk at Aspen Snowmass on March 7-8, The Snow League’s reimagined competitive formats will deliver season-long intensity, relentless clutch performances, and jaw-dropping finishes. The inaugural season sees some of the world’s top winter sports athletes push the limit of human potential by going head-to-head in four exhilarating competitions at some of the world’s most iconic resorts, with events leading up to, and immediately following, the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026.

Fans will be able to watch 36 snowboarding stars battle it out for the chance to be crowned The Snow League World Champion including men’s reigning Olympic halfpipe champion Ayumu Hirano (Japan), men’s reigning halfpipe World Champion Chaeun Lee (South Korea) and Beijing 2022 women’s halfpipe medallist Sena Tomita (Japan).

Freeskiing will be introduced at the league's second event in China on December 4-6, 2025, and will be featured in all subsequent events.
