Roz Ho: Spearheading Software & Product Innovation

Ms. Ho joins Venti with three decades of software experience, having led global teams at Microsoft, Ericsson, TiVo and HP. Among other important contributions, she helped create and build PowerPoint, and as Vice President and Global Head of Print Software at HP, she spearheaded the creation of HP+, a groundbreaking cloud-based print solution.

Most recently, she served as the Chief Software Officer at Ford Motor Inc., where she managed a global team of 8,000 engineers responsible for pivotal software advancements in Ford’s vehicular technology.

In her new role at Venti, she will oversee the company’s software and product development initiatives to further enhance Venti’s cutting-edge AV software solutions to power a new era in moving goods through the global supply chain.

Ken Pao: Driving Business Excellence and Growth

Mr. Pao, a successful entrepreneur and former Executive Managing Director at Criteo S.A., brings extensive expertise in scaling businesses. He grew entrepreneurships from zero to $50 million and oversaw operations generating hundreds of millions in revenue, improving profitability and efficiency.

At Venti, he will optimize our business strategies to drive global growth and expand our footprint, ensuring we continue to lead in AV logistics and better serve our customers.
