OneShield Appoints Rick Becker as Senior Vice President, New Products

MARLBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OneShield, a leading provider of core insurance technology solutions for property and casualty insurers and MGAs, has appointed Rick Becker as Senior Vice President, New Products. The newly created role is focused on bringing new capabilities to market for OneShield customers, extending work the company already has underway.

Becker brings decades of experience leading technology, operations, and product organizations across the P&C insurance industry. He has held President, COO, CDO/CIO, and EVP roles at companies including DUAL North America, Align Financial Holdings, MAPFRE USA, and AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah. His career spans building digital insurance platforms from the ground up, integrating complex MGA operations at scale, and converting legacy underwriting into configurable, data-driven systems.
