ShipStation® Bridges the Ecommerce Expertise Gap with New Implementation Partner Program

The program connects merchants with certified specialists for on-site, customized implementation of fulfillment capabilities that scaling operations demand

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ShipStation, a leading intelligent shipping and logistics platform, today announced its first partner program designed to provide growing businesses with hands-on services to implement complex workflows and configure ShipStation seamlessly around how they operate. The program enables customers to more easily implement ShipStation's advanced logistics capabilities across inventory management, fulfillment, returns and exchanges.

"ShipStation is a powerful platform, and we want every merchant to take full advantage of its capabilities," said Michael Haswell, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at ShipStation. "By connecting our customers with certified specialists, they can get up and running faster, unlock more of what ShipStation can do, and stay focused on scaling their businesses. Our partners are an extension of our commitment to making shipping technology accessible for merchants at every stage of growth.”

While available to any customer, the program is specifically designed for high-growth brands adopting ShipStation’s Premium Plan, which offers a wide range of advanced features for warehousing, inventory, and returns management, in addition to advanced shipment automation and reporting. It debuts with seven certified implementation partners, including:

  • Brandow Consulting
  • Establish
  • Fiskal Finance
  • Go Topo
  • Irish Titan
  • LIDD Supply Chain Consulting
  • ScaledRight Consulting

Each partner offers a suite of specialized services beyond standard software setup, including:

  • Operational optimization: Providing on-site consulting to assess existing workflows, refine warehouse layouts, and recommend fulfillment improvements specific to each merchant's operation.
  • Team enablement: Training staff on daily workflows and automation rules, plus ShipStation’s inventory, warehouse, returns, exchanges, and analytics capabilities so merchants can go live with confidence.
  • System synchronization: Bridging ShipStation with intricate enterprise resource planning (ERP) environments and complex technical stacks.
  • Resource management: Granting merchants access to outside technical expertise, allowing them to scale operations without exhausting internal personnel or resources.

Capstone Games was one of the first merchants to take advantage of the program. "Having a partner come on-site and walk through our entire operation opened our eyes to what’s possible with ShipStation,” said Clay Ross, the company’s President. “We got a tailored roadmap built around how we actually work. Our systems are talking to each other, our team has a level of accountability we didn't have before, and I couldn't be more excited for what's ahead this year with the right capabilities in place. It’s the perfect application for our business and we’re not going back.”

ShipStation’s platform continues to give merchants more ways to build smarter operations, all in one place. From inventory management, warehouse operations, and returns, to ShipStation Intelligence, which brings AI-powered insights to every order, they can now maximize the value of their logistics operations. With the right partner support, merchants can tap into these premium features sooner for a faster return on investment, unified data, and a stronger competitive edge.

The program's inaugural cohort of certified partners is based in the United States, serving ShipStation customers across the country. To learn more about a professional implementation, visit the ShipStation website.
