Ms. Levene is a digital media and enterprise sales leader with 15+ years of experience across notable companies including Snap, PayPal, Amazon, and Twitter. She specializes in building strategic partnerships with health, pharma, CPG, and retail brands, helping them drive measurable growth through innovative digital media solutions.

Her connection to NCC’s cause is personal. After losing her mother to cancer at age 17, Ms. Levene has dedicated much of her personal time to honoring her memory through charitable work, events, and fundraising efforts.

“I feel a strong connection to NCC’s mission and am excited to contribute my digital media expertise to help scale its impact, motivated by the hope that one day, fewer families will have to navigate the loss of a loved one to cancer,” she said.

“Jess brings to NCC an entrepreneurial energy, a passion for supporting cancer research, and a successful track record helping organizations connect to data-driven strategies that unlock value. We’re delighted she has joined the Board and look forward to working with her,” said Barry Peek, President, Board of Directors.

In addition to Mr. Peek, the NCC’s Board of Directors includes Carolyn Sargent, Vice President; Patrick Nasr, Treasurer; Raymond Forsythe, Secretary; and Victoria L. Seewaldt, M.D., who is also Chair of NCC’s Scientific Advisory Board.

For more than 70 years, NCC has provided financial support to research with the promise of conquering cancer. While support of such young scientists is critical, it remains rare. NCC fills that funding gap with two-year grants; $60,000 in year 1 and $62,000 in year 2. The organization also provides education on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer. In 2025, NCC backed 11+ new and renewed grants with more than $676,000 in research funding.
