Eligible individuals will receive a 45% discount until the federal government reopens
COLUMBIA, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Shangri-La today announced the launch of its “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” relief program—an immediate, nationwide initiative to support individuals and families financially affected by the ongoing government shutdown.

Beginning today, all Shangri-La dispensary locations across the country will offer a 45% discount to verified customers directly impacted by the shutdown. The program is designed to help ease financial strain and maintain access to wellness products during this period of uncertainty.

Eligible participants must present one of the following forms of verification to receive the discount:
- SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) card
- EBT or Medicaid card
- SSI / SSDI benefit statement
- State or federal disability documentation
- Federal government ID
- Indigent Discount (available for Ohio Shangri-La customers)
The “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” program is available immediately and will continue for the duration of the federal shutdown.
