OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mutual of Omaha has been named the top individual life insurance provider for customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Individual Life Insurance Study.

The annual study benchmarked performance across 23 leading carriers in the life insurance industry. In its analysis, J.D. Power measured customer satisfaction across eight key dimensions, including trust, ease of doing business, digital experience, people, problem resolution, product offerings, service availability and value for the price.

With an overall score of 707 on a 1,000-point scale, Mutual of Omaha exceeded the industry average of 650 and ranked first in six of the eight categories.
