ŌURA Surpasses 5.5 Million Rings Sold and Doubles Revenue for the Second Year in a Row, Empowering Millions to Live Better, Longer

Company Continues to Expand with Partnerships and Product Integrations, While Further Bolstering International Presence

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ŌURA, maker of the most trusted smart ring, Oura Ring, announced today that Oura Ring sales have surpassed 5.5 million since the product was first offered in 2015, with over half of those sales coming in the last year alone. The company reported revenue over $500 million in 2024, more than double that of the prior year. ŌURA is on track to double revenue again this year, and reach $1 billion in sales in 2025 while continuing to expand profitability. The strong momentum year after year reflects not only the demand for innovative wearable technology but also the trust people place in ŌURA to deliver actionable insights for better health.

The company also announced that it has established a new $250 million revolving credit facility with JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Barclays, Citi, and Wells Fargo. This increased liquidity will support the company’s working capital needs and growth initiatives.

"ŌURA has sold over 2.5 million rings since June 2024, reaching in just over a year what previously took the company eleven years to achieve since its founding in 2013," said Tom Hale, chief executive officer of ŌURA. "This milestone is a testament to the incredible demand for our product, reflecting the value we deliver to Oura Members and the team’s dedication to relentless innovation, effective marketing, and thoughtful expansion through retail and commercial partnerships."

ŌURA is dedicated to empowering a proactive approach to health, supporting members through every stage of life—from couples planning to conceive or becoming new parents, to women experiencing perimenopause, and people seeking to age with strength and vitality.
