“We are honored to welcome Brian Clem to our Board,” said Todd Stern, co-founder of BoldAge PACE. “Brian brings unparalleled experience to BoldAge PACE in both the art and science of delivering the highest quality of care to the seniors in our communities.”

Clem’s alignment with BoldAge PACE reflects his deep commitment to transforming care for older adults. He has long been a champion of models that improve health outcomes while honoring individuals’ desires to age with independence and dignity.

“PACE meets such an important need,” said Brian Clem. “Older adults want to stay at home, and the PACE model, which includes full medical, free rides, an activities center, and help at home, gives them the tools to do that while also improving quality of life. I’ve spent my career focused on serving complex patient populations, and I believe BoldAge PACE has assembled a dynamic team with a proven track record of making care better. I’m excited to support their mission.”

Clem’s industry perspective also highlights the potential for PACE to expand its national footprint.

“This is a pivotal time for PACE,” Clem added. “The industry is still relatively young, and there’s enormous opportunity for organizations like BoldAge PACE to lead and shape how care is delivered to those who need it most.”

Mary Austin, CEO of BoldAge PACE, emphasized the value Clem brings to the organization’s long-term vision.

“Brian brings an incredible depth of operational and strategic experience to our Board,” Austin said. “His leadership in value-based care and deep understanding of complex populations perfectly complements our mission. His voice will be instrumental as we continue to grow and innovate in ways that truly change lives.”

Clem also serves on the boards of Eleanor Health, Athletico, and Sol Mental Health, and advises several health-focused organizations, including Hello Heart and Oler Health. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Economics from Wabash College. He resides in Zionsville, Indiana, with his wife, Allison, and their two sons.
