Brighton Marine Taps Proven Senior Leaders to Accelerate Growth and Expand Mission

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brighton Marine, Inc., a leading nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to providing world-class healthcare, housing, and hope to military-connected families, announced today the expansion of its leadership team.

These appointments bring deep experience across government, healthcare, law, and technology, enhancing the organization’s ability to serve the veteran and military community.

Todd Breasseale, Chief Communications & Brand Officer

Breasseale oversees all communications and marketing strategies. A retired U.S. Army officer and veteran of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, he previously held senior public affairs communications advisory and leadership roles at the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Defense, Microsoft, Facebook, and the Department of Homeland Security, where he served as an assistant secretary.

Adam Hellman, General Counsel, Brighton Marine, Inc.

Hellman provides legal, compliance and risk counsel to Brighton Marine’s CEO and senior leadership. He spent the past 15 years at UnitedHealth Group as deputy general counsel and senior associate general counsel, and was previously an associate in the Washington, DC office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.

Alan Kennedy, Vice President, Information Technology at Brighton Marine, Inc.

Kennedy leads the organization’s technology strategy to ensure secure, scalable systems that support healthcare delivery and operational excellence. He previously served as head of IT at Candela Medical and held technology leadership roles at Medtronic and Boston Scientific.
