Throughout his career, Kapper has earned industry recognition, including membership in the Pinnacle Club at Bank of America. He also held advisory roles with the Small Business Executive Council for Bank of America and the National Advisory Board for Business Banking at Huntington National Bank.

Kapper holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University’s Fisher School of Business, focusing on change management and strategic planning. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, he uses a consultative, data-driven approach to practice transitions, guiding clients through tax planning, exit strategies, and succession planning to ensure long-term success.
