Revlon Appoints Ralph Marshall as Chief Information and Digital Officer

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Revlon Group Holdings LLC (“Revlon” or the “Company”) today announced that Ralph Marshall has been appointed to the role of Chief Information and Digital Officer. He will join Revlon effective April 1, 2025, and will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Michelle Peluso.

Mr. Marshall possesses comprehensive expertise in a wide range of technology platforms, including cutting-edge emerging technologies, with a demonstrated ability to strategically align technological initiatives with key business objectives. He most recently served as the Global CTO at Merlin Entertainments. Prior to that, he held senior technology leadership roles at Starbucks, Nando’s and McDonald’s.

In connection with this appointment, Paul Smith, Revlon’s Chief Information Officer, will depart from his position next month.

Ralph Marshall Biography

Ralph Marshall is a seasoned technology leader and strategic innovator with over 25 years of experience working with highly successful global brands, including Marks & Spencer, McDonald’s, Nando’s, Starbucks and Merlin Entertainments. Most recently, Mr. Marshall served as the Global CTO at Merlin Entertainments, a global leader in branded entertainment destinations, welcoming over 60 million guests annually across 23 countries.

Prior to that, Mr. Marshall served as VP of Technology EMEA at Starbucks, where he contributed to one of the most significant change periods in the history of the international division. In 2022, he expanded his responsibilities to roll out Starbucks Digital Solutions (SDS) across 86 international markets extending into Asia Pacific and Latin America. During his tenure, Mr. Marshall established and led a new team in London, providing efficient global digital solutions for the 60+ international licensee community, which is now live in 40+ countries serving over two million transactions a day.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Marshall was the IT Restaurant Solutions Director Europe at McDonald’s, where he led one of the company’s largest programs, focusing on the strategic reinvigoration of all restaurant technology systems across 7300+ sites. He introduced the first digital innovation labs in Europe and contributed to the global digital customer experience strategy, leading to the worldwide rollout of kiosks and mobile ordering. Before joining McDonald’s Mr. Marshall held several senior roles at Marks & Spencer in both operations & technology.

Mr. Marshall is a graduate of the University of the West of Scotland, with a degree in Computing.
