Aqua Pennsylvania Reminds Customers to Apply for 2025 Water and Wastewater Bill Assistance

Eligible customers can enroll in Aqua's Customer Assistance Program to receive monthly discounts on water and wastewater bills.

BRYN MAWR, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aqua Pennsylvania, an Essential Utilities company, encourages customers in need of financial assistance to apply for its Customer Assistance Program (CAP). Administered through the Dollar Energy Fund (DEF), this year-round program offers monthly discounts on water and wastewater bills to eligible customers.

“At Aqua, we understand that paying for essential services can be a challenge for some families, especially after the holiday season,” said Essential Utilities Director of Community Assistance Programs Rita Black. “CAP offers valuable support to help ensure our customers have access to safe and reliable water and wastewater services. We encourage anyone in need to apply for financial assistance through CAP today.”

Eligibility is determined based on household income. Customers can use DEF’s income calculator to check their eligibility status and reference the income guidelines* below:
