Company promotes Dan Caddigan to Chief Technology Officer and Lily Bond to Chief Growth Officer as part of strategic expansion of executive leadership

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--3Play Media, the leading media accessibility and localization provider in North America, today announced the promotion of two key executives to its C-suite, strengthening the company's leadership team as it continues to innovate and expand its solutions. Lily Bond has been promoted to Chief Growth Officer, and Dan Caddigan has been elevated to Chief Technology Officer.

"These strategic appointments reflect our commitment to leading innovation in the media accessibility and localization space while scaling to meet the growing needs of our customers," said Josh Miller, Co-CEO and Co-founder of 3Play Media. "As we continue to develop new solutions that combine AI technology with human expertise, having strong leadership across growth, technology, and innovation is crucial for our customers and the broader media ecosystem, and these two individuals have proven time and time again that they are the strategic thinkers and doers that we want leading our team."

Caddigan joined 3Play Media in September 2021 as VP of Engineering, coming from Indigo, where he was a member of the founding technology team and helped scale the function from 3-200+. He brings extensive expertise in AI and building best-in-class engineering teams to his expanded role as CTO. He will lead the company's technology strategy and innovation initiatives, focusing on advancing 3Play Media's AI-enabled product suite.

Bond, who joined 3Play Media in March 2014 and most recently served as SVP of Marketing, brings substantial industry knowledge and nearly 11 years of company experience to her new role. As Chief Growth Officer, she will lead marketing, business development, and go-to-market initiatives, driving the company's growth strategy across multiple channels and markets.

"Both Lily and Dan bring exceptional expertise and strategic vision to their expanded roles," said Chris Antunes, Co-CEO and Co-founder of 3Play Media. "Lily's deep understanding of our market, ongoing legislative measures, and customers, combined with Dan's technical innovation leadership, will be instrumental in delivering the next generation of solutions that our customers need to scale their media localization and accessibility efforts effectively."

These executive promotions come as 3Play Media continues to expand its product suite, including recent launches of AI-enabled dubbing, audio description, and captioning solutions designed to help organizations meet expanding global growth initiatives and accessibility requirements for media content while maintaining quality and managing costs.
