Greg David Named Chief Revenue & Customer Officer at Macmillan Learning

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Macmillan Learning, a privately-held, family-owned digital learning company, today announced the appointment of Greg David to the newly created role of Chief Revenue & Customer Officer (CRCO). In this role, he will direct the revenue strategy and customer engagement for both BFW High School and Macmillan Learning’s Higher Education division. His leadership will ensure that sales and customer success initiatives support educators at all levels. In addition to strengthening partnerships, he will explore new revenue channels and opportunities to meet the dynamic challenges of teaching and learning.

As CRCO, David will focus on expanding access to innovative learning solutions while ensuring that every initiative helps educators navigate challenges, improve learning experiences, and drive student success. In this new role, he and his teams will introduce new digital and personalized learning solutions that will enhance the customer experience from initial engagement to long-term partnerships. He will also explore new channels and opportunities in a rapidly evolving education landscape.
