Leer Group Welcomes Alan Farash as President and COO

ELKHART, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Truck Accessories Group, LLC d/b/a Leer Group is proud to announce the appointment of Alan Farash as the new President and Chief Operating Officer. Alan joins the Leer team with senior level experience in lean manufacturing, strategic business development, operations management, and brand positioning. His proven history of overseeing specialty and commercial vehicle businesses will help strengthen innovation and collaboration with our valued customers and suppliers. Before joining Leer Group, Alan most recently served as REV Recreation Group’s Vice President and General Manager. Previously, he was President and COO of Reading Truck Body, a business unit of J.B. Poindexter & Co. He has also held leadership positions at Ford and Workhorse Custom Chassis. Alan holds an MSA in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
