IVI RMA North America Names Senior Physicians Clinic Partners

Program Ensures Value Created at Clinic Level is Shared with Leading Doctors

BASKING RIDGE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IVI RMA North America, a leader in fertility care and assisted reproduction, today announced two senior physicians have been named Clinic Partners in recognition of their outstanding clinical leadership contributions. Drs. Angela Leung and Emily Osman of Reproductive Medicine Associates (RMA) New Jersey will have partnership in the New Jersey practice as part of an existing IVI RMA North America physician partnership initiative that rewards top physicians and drives a culture of ownership and high performance across the company.

These new physician partners join more than 20 existing clinic partners across IVI RMA North America and marks the first appointments of 2026. RMA will continue to build the program's momentum and will name additional physicians across the IVI RMA North America network as partners of their respective clinics in the months and years ahead.

Angela Leung, MD, FACOG: Based at RMA New Jersey in Basking Ridge, Dr. Angela Leung is a double board-certified reproductive endocrinologist who cares for patients in all stages of their reproductive journey but has a special interest in fertility preservation. Outside her clinical work, Dr. Leung has authored several studies on egg freezing outcomes and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College. She is also the Associate Program Director for the Jefferson-RMA Fellowship Program in New Jersey. Dr. Leung completed her REI fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School and Boston IVF.

Emily Osman, MD, FACOG, TS (ABB): Based at RMA New Jersey in South Jersey, with clinical hours in Marlton and Princeton, Dr. Emily Osman is a double board-certified OB/GYN and reproductive endocrinologist and serves as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences, at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She has led several pre-clinical and clinical research trials and has published numerous papers on translational applications of reproductive medicine as well as optimization of embryology laboratory outcomes. Her research and clinical specialties include embryo vitrification, fertility preservation, and egg freezing. Dr. Osman has been selected as Top Physician for Women by South Jersey Magazine, as well as a 40 Under 40 award recipient by NJBIZ.
