CBL Properties Declares Fourth Quarter Regular Cash Dividend

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CBL Properties (NYSE:CBL) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular cash dividend of $0.45 per common share for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The dividend is payable on December 11, 2025, to shareholders of record as of November 25, 2025. In addition to the regular common dividend, which equates to an annual dividend payment of $1.80 per common share, CBL previously paid a special cash dividend of $0.80 per share on March 31, 2025.
