ELGi to showcase compressed air solutions for the automotive aftermarket at SEMA Show 2025

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ELGi Compressors USA (ELGi) will attend the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Booth #12639, to feature a portfolio of air compressors and air treatment systems for the automotive aftermarket segment.

ELGi will display a range of its products that are ideal for the industry, including an EN15 Duplex (20 hp) rotary screw air compressor, an AB55 (75hp) oil-free rotary screw air compressor, a D185T4F tow-behind portable air compressor and an AR N Series refrigerated air dryer.

“Maximum uptime, flawless paint jobs and consistent tool performance are the keys to a profitable auto shop. And the foundation underpinning it all is a reliable compressed air system,” said Aneek Roy, Director of Regional PMO at ELGi.

For body shops and car washes

The ELGi EN15 Duplex is a non-stop air source for these kinds of operations. Its duplex design incorporates two compressors into a single, compact unit, providing built-in redundancy. This guarantees a continuous, high-performance air supply to keep operations running at peak efficiency. The system's small footprint also solves the common problem of limited floor space in crowded workshops.

For painting and coating

For a flawless paint job, the ELGi AB55 oil-free compressor and the AR N Series air dryer can be paired together as a complete system. First, the AB55’s oil-free design guarantees that no oil contaminants from the compressor can enter the line and mix with the paint. This prevents common paint defects like fisheyes and ensures a pure, uncontaminated application for a smooth, professional finish. The AR N Series also removes humidity. It uses a hot gas bypass valve to maintain a consistently stable dew point, which condenses water vapor into liquid. This collected moisture is automatically ejected by a zero-loss drain valve, without impacting air pressure.

For automotive restoration

The ELGi D185T4F is an ideal portable solution for dustless sandblasting. Many professional blasters operate mobile restoration services. Large restoration facilities may have dedicated outdoor blasting bays to contain the mess.

The tow-behind design of the ELGi D185T4F allows operators to bring the industry-standard 185 CFM of airflow directly to the job. Its rugged construction provides a reliable air source for efficiently stripping frames, panels and parts.
