TriMas Declares Quarterly Dividend

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TriMas (NASDAQ: TRS) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share of TriMas Corporation stock. The quarterly dividend is payable on November 13, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 6, 2025.
