First Lite Signs All-Star Pro Baseball Player, Kyle Schwarber as Brand's First Professional Sports Ambassador

KETCHUM, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--First Lite, a leading technical hunting apparel brand, announced today that all-star pro baseball player, Kyle Schwarber has joined as the company’s first pro baseball ambassador.

A lifelong outdoorsman raised in Ohio, Schwarber spends his off-season pursuing whitetail deer, working the land on his family farm, and supporting his community through his charitable foundation, Neighborhood Heroes. His authentic connection to hunting culture and relentless approach to preparation align well with First Lite’s ethos: Go Farther. Stay Longer.

Schwarber’s relationship with First Lite began long before this partnership. A longtime supporter of the brand and its commitment to providing hunters and outdoor enthusiasts with high-quality technical apparel, Schwarber has been a customer of First Lite’s since 2021 – wearing First Lite in the field and appearing on broadcast interviews with no deal in place. That organic connection forms the origin and foundation of this authentic partnership, strengthening a pre-existing relationship.

“For me, the outdoors is a reset. Hunting’s about doing the work, putting in the hours, staying patient, and respecting the pursuit,” said Schwarber. “That’s why First Lite is a fit. Their gear performs in the moments that matter, and I’m excited to represent a brand that lives the same values I do.”

After another strong season in Philadelphia, Schwarber is turning his attention to the fall woods. At his Ohio property, he’ll reset by managing habitat, glassing fields, and logging long sits in the stand with First Lite gear — and ultimately sharing the wild game he harvests around the table with his family.

As part of the partnership, Schwarber will feature in a number of First Lite’s upcoming campaigns. He will also collaborate on curated product assortments such as Kyle’s Picks, appear in branded content, and help extend First Lite’s reach to new audiences within both the hunting and baseball communities.

“Kyle represents the best of both worlds — a world-class athlete who is just as passionate about time in the woods as he is about time at the plate,” said Scott Trepanier, Executive Vice President of Marketing at MeatEater Inc., the parent company of First Lite. “The fact that our relationship started with Kyle as a genuine customer speaks volumes. We are proud to welcome him as our first pro athlete ambassador, and to share a story that connects hunting culture with performance at the highest level.”
