Envision Healthcare Announces Appointment of Carmen Pla as Chief Revenue Officer

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Envision Healthcare, a leading national medical group, today announced the appointment of Carmen Pla as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective April 28, 2025.

Before assuming the CRO role, Pla served as Envision’s Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations, overseeing revenue collections for the organization’s Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine and Anesthesiology service lines. She has worked diligently to cultivate a robust culture, fostering innovative cross-functional partnerships, improving workflows and strategically planning for future growth.

As the Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Jackson Health System in Miami, Florida, Pla was pivotal in leading revenue operations across the system’s five hospitals and outpatient clinical operations and the organization’s transformation. Previously, she held leadership positions at Tenet Healthcare. Pla earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration at Capella University.
