The first-of-its-kind longevity telehealth platform joins a select group of 40 global teams receiving Milestone 1 awarding of the $101 million, seven-year competition to extend healthy human healthspan by at least 10 years in adults aged 50–80, with a goal of 20 years, in one year or less. XPRIZE Healthspan is designed to spark bold scientific breakthroughs in healthy aging with the potential to benefit humanity at scale.

As part of this phase of the competition, AgelessRx has launched a pilot clinical study enrolling participants aged 65–80 to evaluate the functional and biological impact of its multifaceted healthspan-extending strategy. Participants will undergo:

• DEXA scans for muscle and fat distribution
• Cognitive testing and immune biomarker panels
• Wearable health tracking, all delivered under the guidance of licensed longevity specialists

This 6-month study will help validate the safety and provide indications of longer-term efficacy of AgelessRx’s unique approach to healthspan extension, and will lay the foundation for future large-scale trials and broader clinical adoption.
