Delta Citation Acquires Muddy Creek Self Storage Facility in King George, Virginia

RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Delta Citation, a Richmond-based commercial real estate developer, is proud to announce its off-market acquisition of the Muddy Creek Self Storage facility, located at 1134 Kings Highway in King George, Virginia. A long-standing part of the local landscape, the facility has been serving the King George and Stafford communities for more than 30 years, and more recently, the growing residential community of Hopyard Farms.

The expansive facility spans over many acres and includes more than nine buildings, offering a wide range of unit types and ample capacity for residential and business storage needs.
